Delivery terms and conditions

1. Service Area
We provide conditional delivery services to patients residing within the suburbs of Lismore, NSW. Deliveries operate Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
For the purposes of Lismore Pharmacy deliveries, these suburbs are limited to East Lismore, Girards Hill, Goonellabah, Lismore, Lismore Heights, North Lismore, and South Lismore.

2. Delivery Frequency & Fees
We offer a complimentary delivery service with the following conditions:
Free Delivery: One (1) delivery is provided free of charge every 14 days.
Rolling Window: The 14-day period is calculated from the date of your last delivery.
Additional Deliveries: Any subsequent deliveries requested within 14 days of your last delivery will incur a $5.00 service fee.

3. Order Deadlines & Dispatch
To ensure our courier remains on schedule, we maintain a strict daily cutoff:
Order Cut-off: Orders must be placed and confirmed by 2:00 PM.
Courier Pickup: Our courier departs at 3:00 PM daily.
Late Orders: Orders received after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for the following business day. Please note we do not offer an emergency or "after-hours" delivery service.

4. Patient Responsibilities
Attendance: Unless "Authority to Leave" is authorised for non-restricted items, someone must be present to accept the delivery.
Please note that some medications, including restricted or controlled medications, CANNOT be left unattended. Speak with one of the pharmacists if you have any questions.
Payment: Any medication co-payments or the $5.00 delivery fee (if applicable) must be settled on the day of delivery. Payment options include:
Scrypt Pay (secure payment from CommBank)
EFTPOS at the time of delivery
Cash at the time of delivery
Our driver does not carry change, and exact cash amounts must be provided.
Cheque or EFTPOS transactions via phone are not services offered by Lismore Pharmacy.

5. Third-Party Delivery Services
‍Lismore Pharmacy also offers delivery through third-party providers including DoorDash and Australia Post. Please note that deliveries made through these services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider. Lismore Pharmacy is not responsible for delays, handling, or delivery issues that occur once an order is in the care of a third-party provider. For time-sensitive or controlled medications, we recommend using our in-house courier service.
