Jy might be known as the fastest pharmacist in town, but speed never comes at the expense of care. He takes pride in getting you in and out quickly, without skipping the advice that actually matters.
Steven opened the doors to Lismore Pharmacy in 2019 with a simple goal of bringing genuine, old-fashioned service back to the community. He combines clinical know-how with a down to earth approach, and has built a place where patients actually feel at home.
Kendal keeps the whole show running. As Manager, she looks after the team and makes sure every customer gets the attention they came in for. No one slips through the cracks on her watch.
Matt holds a special place in Lismore Pharmacy history as the very first person to join Steve when the doors opened. When he's not being the dispensary counter on weekends, he's working as a researcher for CSIRO. Having a pharmacist with a PhD on staff isn't something you'll find at most pharmacies.
Grace is our clinical and vaccination expert. She's passionate about preventative health and ensures every patient feels comfortable and informed during their visit. Whether you have complex medication questions or need your annual flu shot, Grace has you covered.
Alison runs our medication packing service, one of the most important things we do for our community. Every week she ensures hundreds of patients have their medication packed safely, correctly, and on time.
Nik is our man in the lab. As our Compounding Technician, he makes customised medications for patients. It's a niche skill, and having it in-house is something most pharmacies simply can't offer.
Having joined the team near the beginning, Cy has transitioned from a fresh face to a highly skilled technician with incredible knowledge of our systems and our patients. For many of our customers a visit to the pharmacy isn't complete without a wave from Cy.
